"Completed" section.

I have uploaded to drop box as well. Probably easier to take a look there.

Sorry for the delay, the file was being bitchy last night and i had to rebuild a bit. I think one of the biggest problems was the hatch i was using for the manor roof, hence its absence, will replace with something tonight.

Comments? Im not sure if it is too active or maybe not enough. also what do you think of the photo trees? Lets knock this thing out! ill be at work all day, and will rough out elevations tonight, they should be easier with lessons learned.

Also renderings look good. One comment, in the "island render" the wood floor is really dominating, and i think because of the curved wall, looks really flat, might be worth taking it down a notch. that said it does put wood in their face.

  1. Lookin Good! LET'S DO THIS!!!!!

I've included some comments in dropbox. Nothing major, mostly graphic edits. Hatching people may help to call out inside/outside, adding structure to the gallery ceiling, etc. Overall it's working well. I like the trees.

I'll be editing the island render today, as well as others, and will post revisions.

Also, by the end of today/tomorrow morning can you also include your cad file so I can add dimensions?

  2. Just uploaded the updates. take a look.

not sure about the black people (sounds very wrong) they might be reading too strong. very easy to change back. thoughts?

  3. Agreed about the people. Leave em as outlines. Can you leave the exposed and behind-glass people on dif. layers? I'll play with the difference when I'm adjusting line weights. Otherwise looks good. Thanks.

  5. one comment regarding big gallery: we have the door and airlock in the loop at the right N -E corner of the gallery. In section we are showing quite a change of heights though between loop and exterior. Is there are reason for that?

  6. Theres naturally a steep drop since we dont want to push the gallery too far down as it steepens the ramping from collections. That means that the exit, as well as the loading dock driveway to a certain degree, will have to be on raised ground of some sort. This section is cut behind the exit door so its not showing any of that.

  7. well, it would imply the exit to have a ramp or soemthing. which is fine i guess if we are not showing it.
